Carlie Kendall

Carlie has been apart of the performing arts industry since the young age of 2. Starting off in Ballina NSW she began her training in all dance genres and completed her ATOD Ballet, Jazz and Tap exams up until the age of 10. She also participated in Artistic & Rhythmic Gymnastics taking out the NSW State Champion at the age of 7. Carlie’s love for dance hasn’t stopped growing, now creating a passion for teaching all styles of dance while specialising in Acrobatics.

 

After moving to the Gold Coast in 2008, Carlie trained extensively in Acrobatics on the Gold Coast under Suellen Venker & Ben Nicolodi. She has also taken part in Sports Acrobatics Level 8, Cheerleading Open Level 4 and trained in Circus Arts under Trix Circus (Rodleigh Stevens). She has also choreographed routines for both local and non local dance studios, sports acrobatics clubs and State High Schools. Carlie has travelled with Ashton’s Circus in 2016 where she then started up her professional performing role. She has also performed locally for song artists as a back up dancer and participated in competitive and non competitive performance opportunities.

 

Carlie began teaching at the age of 15. With a love for acrobatics and circus she was destined that teaching and guiding the next generation was her future. She is an inspired and hardworking coach that will give 100% to each and every student. She has now been in the teaching industry for 9 years and counting!
